Policy
Booking an appointment online requires a deposit. This deposit secures your appointment up to 24 hours before.
If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hour window, you will loose your deposit.
If you rearrange within 24 hours of your appointment, you will loose your deposit and another deposit will be required.
If you no show to an appointment, you will be charged the remaining amount for that service missed.
All deposits when either cancelling or rearranging outside of the 24 hour window can both be refunded or moved to your new appointment.
